The shelves are made of tempered glass, and the Bush - Montclair TV Stand has been tested for tip-over stability with the safety of your family in mind. You'll never have to worry about wires, as they're carefully concealed in the back of the stand for your convenience. The TV stand can accommodate conventional TVs up to 36 inches and 240 pounds, or 60-inch flat panel TVs up to 154 pounds.
